Pinot Noir 2014 (Dozen)
This is a pleasant easy drinking red – a classic Pinot!
Foods to pair with this wine – Duck is the classic to pair with this lighter style of Pinot. It will also marry well with spaghetti carbonara, lemon chicken, pizza and is great to serve with a platter of salami, cheese and olives!
For vegetarians we suggest Asian stir fries, eggplant dishes and potato moussaka.

Medium to light brick-red colour, with a quite mellow, developed bouquet as well. It has earthly, leathery nuances, and is light to medium-weight, soft and savoury on the finish. A pleasant developed pinot drinking well now and amazingly priced. Drink it up fairly soon.
